The Start of The Weight Loss

Hey! This my first blog and it's about why I wanted to lose weight. It's my sisters birthday today so my whole family went out to eat. We ordered breadsticks and salad for an appetizer and when we were done I didn't finish so I just let the waiter take my plate. My dad asked me "Why didn't you finish your salad,gordos(meaning fat/fatty in Spanish,now you know I'm mexican)?" I guess the waiter heard and is Mexican! The waiter laughed,not loud but loud enough to hear. You might be wondering why my dad calls me fat/fatty well I was big when I was young and I'm still now and it's a nickname. I was furious and sad at my dad! I been trying to lose weight lately by jogging but I been slacking off but this incident was a total energy boost to losing weight!
